The shipping policy for this product is as follows. Edmonton and Calgary drywall and insulation deliveries are typically scheduled within one to two business days of placing your order. This is always subject to our scheduling. Our drywall deliveries are free on orders over $750 located within Edmonton and Calgary city limits. Our drywall deliveries do include placement within your home as long as the appropriate access is available. For basement drywall deliveries, we prefer access via window. If your window is wide enough and is able to be removed, the drywall delivery crew will bring the board into your basement through that access. If the window is not wide enough or not removable, then the drywall will be brought into your basement down the stairs. Please be mindful of the length of sheets you are ordering when placing your basement drywall order. There needs to be enough clearance from the window or down the stairs for these drywall sheets to fit down. Please be advised that 12' and 14' sheets have basement restrictions and require certain access in order to bring them in, please contact your branch to discuss these options. If the drywall delivery crew arrives on your basement delivery and there is not the appropriate clearance available, the sheets will be left on the main floor or garage. For main floor or garage drywall deliveries there are very few constraints on these, as long as it has clear access to the desired drywall placement the delivery crew will bring the drywall board in for you. For second floor drywall deliveries, we require either a window or a slit in the wall to be cut in order to bring the drywall board into the residence for you. Any drywall board that needs to be carried up the stairs will be subject to a $2 charge per sheet, per floor carried up.
Edmonton Calgary drywall and insulation pick ups: once the order is placed for pick up, our office will process your order and send a copy to the warehouse to prepare the drywall. Once the drywall order is ready for pick up, our office will call and confirm this with you.

ADSS Building Supplies Return & Refund Policy

For local deliveries our policy is as follows: 

It is the responsibility of the buyer to report any issues at the time of delivery or pick up. Driver’s signature will be evidence of proof of delivery in the event the customer is not available to receive the materials on site. We are unable to accept returns on Drywall, Bagged Products, Coronado Stone, Coronado Brick, ADSS Manufactured Stone or Natural Sure Stone. Products outside of these categories may be returned within 30 days of your purchase and  will be inspected upon return by our warehouse personnel. Products with any damage will not be accepted.  Please retain your copy of receipt as proof of purchase. Exchanges can be accepted with a valid receipt.

For online orders - delivery via courier - our policy is as follows: 

If you wish to return an item that has been shipped to you via a shipping courier, please contact us in order to start the procedure. Returns must be started within 2 business days of receiving the product. If you have received the product damaged, please take as many pictures as possible of the packaging and how the product was delivered and send those to info@shopadss.ca. We need to be notified of any shipping damages within 1-2 days of receiving your product.  Once that is received the credit or replacement process will be started. If you ordered an incorrect item, or wish to exchange an item, you can contact us to start the return process. We will process a return slip for our shipping courier and send that off to you to have them items dropped off at the nearest depot. The shipping charges to send the item back from your location to ours will be deducted off of the returned item. Once the product has arrived at our Edmonton location, we will process the refund or exchange. Returns or exchanges must be done within 30 days of the original purchase, if it has passed this time frame your refund will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. 

If you have received a refund through our online store, it will automatically go on to the credit card that was used to purchase the product. You will receive an email notification when the refund is processed and the credit will show up within 1-3 business days from then.
